Shashikala Jayasingha
With more than 20 years in the apparel industry, Shashikala is a seasoned professional in marketing, merchandising and supply chain management. Her experience includes steering global operations, end-to-end supply chain functions and brand growth through strategic leadership.

Director, Global ISE
Ken Jacobs OAM
Ken is an experienced sports administrator and CEO whose leadership has spanned local, national and international levels, including major international events. His consulting work covers strategic planning, governance, commercial development, sport and community programs, sponsorship and government liaison.

He received the Medal of the Order of Australia for his contributions to social inclusion and advocacy. Ken is a qualified accountant (FCPA) and holds a Master's degree in Sport Business and Integrity from Victoria University.
Director, Global ISE
Johann Jayasinha
Johann has more than 15 years of experience in sports event management, including high-profile sports tournaments, VIP events and gala occasions. His work has involved stakeholders connected with the ICC, Cricket Australia, Sri Lanka Cricket, Cricket Victoria and the Avalon International Airshow.

He is known for coordinating complex projects across multicultural environments and holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.
